You're just looking to get some advice on skills to bring along into battle, eh?
Now, you said you want to be a half-tank, half-damage dealer (it seemed). If you plan on sticking with axes, I suggest you instead go an interruption + tanker. Axes have disrupting chop and you can use the unlinked ability...I think it's Distracting Blow (does no damage, interrupts targets and all adjacent). With blood + strength + tactics you should easily have the skills you need to build adrenaline really quick (I like the elite Battle Rage (E), but anything to increase attack speed or adrenaline gain will do you good.) Spam your 2 interruption attacks I mentioned, possibly using Mark of Subversion on healers. Also, in the blood line, you might like to go with Demonic flesh for a sizable boost to life for long period of time, which will help your tanking ability. Definitely bring plague touch (You'll love it, trust me).
As for life stealing attacks...I would only consider Life Transfer (E). All of the others have a casting time that is either too high, or cost too much for the little life they'll offer you. In some cases, healing signet will help you out more than any of these abilities.
You'll find out quickly that Necromancer abilities are quite the drain on a Warrior. Usually you should go with low cost and/or long lasting abilities. If you want to keep yourself alive, even Blood Renewal might be good, because it meets both of those needs.
If you don't like the ideas I've offered, I'd suggest trying out Curses instead of Blood, or Swords instead of Axes. They should offer a few more combos to your build.

Or should i be good tank or killer, or no half and half
Wat do you think would be best with a war/nec

I gave you my best thoughts on what I think would be good for the build you wanted. I'm not saying W/N is a downer at all. Indeed, I played a W/N Axe weilder-curser and did pretty well for myself. It was the type of class that I loved, where I always wanted to bring 20 skills with me to combat but only had room for 8!
Be creative and have fun with it, that's all that really matters

Warrior/Monks are ubiquitous in PvE, soley because they excell at tanking, with less effort than youo'd have to put in to make the same Warrior tank, but with Necro as a secondary.
